We want you to love your Midnight Luma purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

  • Custom or special-order items (if applicable) are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  • To start a return, contact us at support@midnightluma.com with your order number.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To request an exchange, email support@midnightluma.com within the 30-day window.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@midnightluma.com.
